PHILOSOPHY
At Malcriada, commissioned work begins with attention.
Before filming, we look for the pulse of a project: the people behind it, the contradictions inside it, the images it asks for, and the emotional truth that should not be betrayed.
We are drawn to work that carries a real human, cultural or political charge. Films for institutions, organizations, artists and brands can be beautiful, precise and useful without becoming generic.
We do not separate form from meaning. The way something is filmed, edited, heard and released is part of what it says.
